First boating trip of the year!

I can fly!

It was a great first trip, although it was freezing after the sun went down. Will took the three of us out on the river and we launched the boat up in Scappoose Bay Marina, and then drove the boat all the way into downtown Portland. I had never done that before in all my years of boating with my family. It took us 35 minutes traveling at about 45 MPH to get back to the dock where the car was waiting. Hopefully there will be many more trips to come.
