I've had a crazy sleep schedule these past couple days and my body is starting to show signs of wear and tear.
Due to an unwanted nap one evening, I didn't fall asleep until 4 AM when I had a final at 7:45AM. I did indeed wake up to go and do well on the final, only to come home and crash.
I woke up at noon thirty in a cold sweat.
I had the most realistic, worrisome dream, or nightmare, during my morning nap. I have no idea what to think of it.
Or how to think about it.
